Scotty Parillo Jr.

Scotty's most passionate pursuit is his non-profit, Prometheus Gives Inc., which has the mission of developing impoverished regions of the world. 

​

When Scotty was in Arusha Region, Tanzania to help with the construction of a school for girls, he learned how important construction really was. 

​

When returning to the U.S., Scotty co-founded Quality Construction Saratoga LLC. 

​

Scotty plans to bring his learned construction experience to the people of the world that need it the most.

​

Scotty is also a kids chess teacher, loves to write and be active, has a little brother and sister and loves to hangout with his family.

Dominic Inzana

Dom started out his construction career at 10 years old when he built his first skateboard ramp. Moments later he attempted his first kickflip and broke his ankle, but the ramp worked.

A decade went by and Dom joined the portable concrete division at Bonded Concrete. At bonded he quickly became a project manager where he oversaw the concrete portions of Amazon Distribution Centers. 

​

Dom left Bonded to start his own construction company. This is where he learned about all the trades from framing and the mechanics to flooring and roofing. 

​

In 2025, Dom and Scotty put their skills and minds together and formed Quality Construction Saratoga.

​

Dom is also a die hard Buffalo Bills fan, likes to cook Italian food, and loves a cold beer on the fishing boat.
